A Brief History!

Chef Lottie is a culinary virtuoso whose expertise transcends borders and flavors. Her remarkable journey began with a solid foundation in the legal corporate sector, where she garnered over a decade of experience as a lawyer. However, her passion for the culinary arts proved irresistible, propelling her towards a remarkable career in the world of gastronomy.

During her formative years, Chef Lottie received comprehensive training from a world-renowned fast-food restaurant franchise. Her unwavering dedication and remarkable aptitude propelled her to become the youngest manager to run a chain while simultaneously pursuing her law degree. For more than seven years, she skillfully managed the restaurant, honing her leadership skills and fostering an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Beyond her managerial prowess, Chef Lottie's talents extend to the realm of literature. She is a self-published author of the acclaimed cookbook, "A Scrumptious Taste of Kenya," which delves into the rich culinary traditions of East Africa. Additionally, her travel journal, "Travel with a Plan. It's like magic but real," it's a passport to documenting your travel experiences. With dedicated sections for recording your vacation plans, trip details, packing lists, and itinerary notes, it's your ultimate companion on every adventure. Which offers those globetrotting adventurers’ readers a treasure trove of adventures, stories, memories, and self-discovery.
